IRON MAIDEN, MOTÖRHEAD, RONNIE JAMES DIO Honored At Germany's METAL HAMMER Awards

The German edition of the Metal Hammer magazine celebrated the second edition of its annual awards at this year's Wacken Open Air festival, which was held August 5-7 in Wacken, Germany. The winner in each category was chosen via an online vote, a musicians' jury, and the Metal Hammer staff. Some of the winning artists were presented with their awards at the festival's main stage, while others sent video messages expressing their gratitude for the honor.
